Robert J. Wilson appeals from the trial courts judgment, rendered after a non-jury trial, that Wilson take nothing by his suit for specific performance against Allan R. Klein. The judgment also sustains Kleins counterclaim against Wilson for liquidated damages, and Wilson appeals as well from that part of the judgment below. We will affirm in all respects the judgment of the trial court.
